Why Navalloy^TM?
We use a special alloy made to the military specifications MIL-A-24779, which details the exact percentage content by element.  The alloy used is a blend of aluminum and zinc (5%) with a trace of Indium.

Longer Life - Navalloy alloy provides a greater protection voltage.  An Navalloy anode of the same size gives up to 50% additional life compared with the zinc and 5 times compared with magnesium!

Effective in SALT, BRACKISH and FRESH water and does not pollute like zinc!

The patent pending wear indicator is exclusive to Performance Metals.  It takes the guesswork out of when to change your anode.  

The plastic indicator is embedded in the anode and appears in the surface of the anode when it wears to half its original size.  When you can see the "Red Dot" in the surface of your anode, you'll know it's time to replace it.  The indicator, along with our unique packaging, transforms sacrificial anodes from a commodity to a true point of purchase retail product!
